Desired Candidate Profile
• Builds strong client/customer/staff relationships
• Works with the CEO to implement and adhere to the operating budget for the call center
• Work with various support departments to oversee center-wide recruiting, training, development and retention.
• Through demonstrated individual performance, promotes the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required
• Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment.
Must Have:
Must have 8+ Years of call center management experience with 5+ years in outbound operations management (In a Call Center or Interactive environment preferred).
• Experience with call center trends and reporting
• Experience managing multiple client programs with varying service objectives, agent skill requirements and technical solutions
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive change and manage long-term projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills
• At least a Bachelor’s Degree, or related experience or equivalent.

Job Description
Involved in business development / sales and staff operations management
• Manages compliance and reporting for projects operations including call volume forecasting and staffing, client service commitments, budget, forecasted hours versus actual hours, payroll, etc.
• Oversees day-to-day call center operations and business planning, ensuring staff safety, physical site security, operational efficiency and service quality excellence.
• Develops and implements operational practices that establish positive employer-employee-client relationships and promote high levels of employee morale.
• Assumes accountability for the delivery of value-adding operations management services.

• Manages call center service level objectives.
