Desired Candidate Profile
- Good command over English and Hindi languages (able to read, speak and write)
- Client handling skills, itinerary making & costing, sale of packages.
- Basic computer knowledge along with experience of using MS Office, Emails and Internet
- Good communicating skills and able to write, work and communicate individually on emails
- Good knowledge of destinations, agents & hotels in these regions.
- Candidate worked in outbound travel agencies, IATA Certified and Marathi speaking will given preference.
Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for operations and quotes of Travel related services to Travel Agents.
- Communicating with suppliers, service providers and central reservation (head office)
- Making quotation, travel itineraries, package costing and booking them with central reservation (head office)
- Following up on existing quotes and inquires with Travel Agents.
- Analyzing Agent Logs, Agent activities and booking history from online application and reporting it to local sales team.
- Generating weekly reports.
