Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have
- Experience of RCM with US health care industry
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare billing forms, procedures and AR / Denial management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills – ability to solve problems / trouble shoot
- Identification and management of risks
- Knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures to enhance production.
- Hands-on experience in managing large teams with good interpersonal & team handling skills.
- Evaluate performance of the team & achieve desired results
- Willingness to work in permanent night shifts
- A proactive approach to communicate and comply with all regulatory and related documentation.
- Experience in the fields of Cardiology, Pathology, Oncology and Radiology would be an added advantage.
